Now they are AWESOME but there’s one problem with them…
You can down like a gazillion calories in a gulp!
I know, I know – practice self-control…
But there’s an easier way!
Smoothie bowls have to be eaten with a spoon
So they will slow you down.
Slow = enjoying the taste more
Slow = more satisfied
Slow = lower calorie intake
